Great value, recommend. Incredibly comfortable rooms, excellent location not far from tram for historical center, the tram stop which goes straight into town and the bus / tram. Nice surrounding, set in a residential area. Nearby Rifugio di Vino - best spot for evening drinks. Warm welcome from host. Good to have a microwave oven, air conditioner, and an individual safe.

The apartment was a great holiday base for sightseeing in Florence. The host made my stay perfect.- The location was peaceful, just next door to a tram stop and supermarket, making it convenient for exploring the historical center.

I was particularly impressed with the excellent facilities in my room, which included a luxurious ensuite bathroom and a mini bar stocked with a variety of refreshments.

I did experience a minor inconvenience upon my arrival. Despite notifying the hotel of my expected arrival time, the host was delayed and I had to wait outside the building for approximately 15 minutes.
